Revision Policy After Project Completion

• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the final project deliverables.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day window may require a new order.

Note: Revisions must align with the original project brief. Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Refund Process

The Publishing Legends aims to handle concerns fairly and transparently. Refunds are not offered for sample work, partial work, bulk orders, or work already completed.

• If you discontinue service within the first 3 months of purchase and have not used a signup discount, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Refund requests are evaluated based on project progress, work already completed, and the specific conditions outlined here.
• All refund requests must be submitted via info@thepublishinglegend.com. Requests via any other channel will not be accepted.
• If approved, up to 30% of the total amount may be reimbursed. This applies only to non-project-related cancellations.
• Refunds are not granted if project deliverables have been used, published, or shared online.
• Refunds are not granted if a customer contributes to or initiates damaging or false narratives about The Publishing Legends.
• The Publishing Legends reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request.

Guarantee of Content Originality

Premium Copyscape reports are available upon request. Copyscape checks text against web-indexed content; images or embedded media are not included. If plagiarism is found in materials you provide, we will guide you on required edits. Extensive corrections may incur additional fees.

Rights to Images

We do not claim rights to any third-party images recommended for your project. You will receive links to purchase or license images directly from third-party vendors when needed.

Publication of Images

We may suggest images for your project, but you are responsible for complying with copyright requirements set by the original image owner, including purchasing licenses where necessary.

Submission of Project-Related Documents

Project materials should be submitted electronically for faster processing. Physical submissions may incur Document Processing Charges depending on volume and urgency.

Limitation of Liability

The Publishing Legends is not liable for damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to technical issues, viruses, project outcomes, or third-party delays.

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales performance, chart rankings, or any specific book marketing outcome.
